On June 22 & 23, 2022, a specialized two-day seminar was held for the students of the Hellenic Unique Academy hairdressing school, presenting new haircut techniques, balayage and bridal hairstyles by our instructors.
On April 10, 2022, our student Stergios Liatsis managed to win first place in the hairdressing competition of the 3-day Hairfest Experience festival in Thessaloniki, in the “Barber – Men’s haircut” category. Of course, our student Nikolaos Tsiargalis also won second place in the competition in the “Evening Hairstyle” category
On Friday, April 1st, our team attended the backstage of the filming of the movie “The Bricklayer” starring Aaron Eckhart and Nina Dobrev, undertaking high-quality hairstyles for 150 cast members in collaboration with the company FilmPartner. Our students and instructors handled all the hairstyles with high professionalism and consistency, while the experience was unique.
On March 22, 2021, a professional photo shoot was held on the theme of “RETRO MAKE UP” to create a portfolio for the graduating makeup students.
On November 21, 2021, the Gianneri Academy school, as a gold sponsor of the charity event “Elevate Fashion Show 2021”, took over the hairstyles of all the models participating in the catwalk, inspired by the trends followed by major foreign shows, combining modernity and elegance.
On February 17th, a 4-hour Look & Learn Seminar was held with Ioannis Foulidis <Ivan Cutter>, who presented two old school haircuts step by step.
On February 14 & 15, our team took on the hairstyles of the dancers of the excellent contemporary dance performance << Romeo & Juliet >> at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, directed and choreographed by Tatiana Papadopoulou.
Our school attended the two-day Greek Barber Festival 2020 in Loutraki where we attended a Look and Learn seminar by renowned professional barbers, such as James Beaumont, Robert Braid, Hayden Cassidy and Menspire from England.
