- Product Shipments
Shipments are made with Acs Courier in Greece and Cyprus, so that each order arrives safely at its destination. Delivery time is 3-6 business days.
- Product Changes
If you wish to exchange the product you purchased – and only if the product has not been used – you must inform us by phone at 2310 237249, 2310272770 or by e-mail at info@gianneris.gr within 14 days from the date of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date you receive a response approving your request from us. A prerequisite for exchanging the product is that it is in its original condition, that is, that it is not used and that it is in its original packaging (in its box and in the carrying bag) with the proof of purchase or any other type of accompanying documents. Exchanges are not accepted without the proof of purchase or any other type of accompanying documents. Exchanges of products that have been worn or their packaging has been damaged or the tags have been cut are not accepted. No returns or exchanges are made on products that are on sale. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You choose the Courier company with which you wish to ship your order.

- Wrong shipments
In case the product you received does not match the product you ordered, you must notify us by phone at 2310 237249, 2310272770 or by e-mail at info@gianneris.gr within 5 days of receipt and send the product within 3 days of the date you receive a response approving your request from us. In this case, there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
- Defective products
Our Company, during the order execution process, carries out a detailed inspection of the products in order to ensure their excellent quality. In the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you can contact us by phone at 2310 237249, 2310272770 or by e-mail at info@gianneris.gr. Immediately after informing us of the defect, you will receive instructions for the return/replacement/compensation process. The defective product is returned through the cooperating courier company (General Post) and the costs are borne by us (recipient’s charge). In case you choose a different method of shipping the defective product, then the shipping costs are borne by you. If replacement is deemed necessary and there is no availability, you have the option of choosing between replacement with another, equivalent product of your choice.
